Send input to the Android device

Sends one action from the Mobile view's device bar to the running device, only while that view (viewToken) holds control (control route; 409 CONTROL_REQUIRED otherwise, checked in the same box command as the input): a hardware key (back, home, recents, volume-up, volume-down, power), rotate (portrait ↔ landscape), or screenshot, which captures the screen and saves it to vault storage under android-screenshots/, returned as saved. 409 when the device is not running or the device refused the action.
