Create a computer
Creates a persistent computer in a space. kind defaults to linux; android uses the Android fleet and starts its guest on the same canonical computer (license acceptance may be required in Mobile). Android requires the Android feature. Copies preserve their source device type; Android snapshots resume their verified live checkpoint on compatible runtimes. requestId is the caller's idempotency key: repeating a request returns the same computer, including after a lost response. With source, the computer is a copy booted from that snapshot of a computer the caller can read; source.stopSource stops that computer first (its saved login runs on one computer at a time) and needs write access to it. Requires space write permission, Enterprise and available spend.
