Create, attach, detach, select or associate a conversation computer

Create an independent computer identity with a caller-provided retry UUID, or select a target/home with the last observed revision. Detach removes an unselected, unassociated catalog computer from this conversation without deleting the computer. Association requires workflow read access, preserves physical identity and does not change the editor. Selection never stops existing work. Allocation remains lazy and subject to the existing account limits.
