Trickest is a cutting-edge Offensive Security Orchestration platform designed to enable organizations to orchestrate elite adversarial emulations.

Our platform offers a range of features, including attack surface mapping, vulnerability scanning and management, secret discovery automation, container security, threat intelligence, content discovery, red teaming, and continuous offensive security. Our platform is designed for large enterprise customers with a focus on Red Teaming, MSSPs, security leaders, SecOps teams, and penetration testers.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity Senior Sales Executive to lead our team and expand our business. You should be excited to work in a startup and contribute to building and implementing the sales motion, from generating new leads to closing deals with large enterprises, security consultancies, and MSSPs.

Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue, bring in new deals, work on inbound and outbound leads, and close deals.
  • Work at all levels required, from sending emails and setting up calls to mentoring the team.
  • Build the company’s sales motion and goals along with the co-founders.
  • Build the sales process and define the target customer funnel for reach out, onboarding, and expansion.
  • Work across every step of the funnel and leads/deals touchpoints to improve deal-closing probabilities, from outreach and messaging sequences to meetings and follow-ups.
  • Organise and hold product demo calls (together with pre-sales) and act as a point of contact for customers through the negotiation process and closing.
  • Work collaboratively across internal teams - including Product & Marketing and Operations.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline to internal teams.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships and relationships with existing customers
  • Run sales team calls, client base analysis, and provide customer feedback.

About you

  • Great understanding of the cybersecurity industry, in particular the Offensive Security market, players, tools, and platforms.
  • Proven sales record in Cybersecurity SaaS, having sold to multiple large enterprises.
  • Minimum five years in cybersecurity sales.
  • Sales experience in a startup environment (Series A or pre-Series A), being among the first sales persons in a startup, with at least two years of startup experience.
  • Experience in the full sales funnel with proven conversion.
  • Experience in elements of post-sales (nice to have).
  • High social intelligence and experience in dealing with sensitive profiles.
  • Both hands-on and strategic. You can do the work, lead and mentor the sales team at the same time.
  • Resourceful, independent, and team player.
  • Persistent and positive.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
